- Remove and separate panels

- Drain filter housing

- Rinse all dirt and debris from panels and filter housing

- Clean and re-lube all O-rings and gaskets

- Put everything back together

- Add DE Powder

- Ensure everything is running smoothly

 

 

CARTRIDGE FILTER CLEAN

- Remove all cartridges from housing

- Drain filter housing

- Rinse all dirt and debris from cartridges and filter housing

- Clean and re-lube all O-rings and gaskets

- Put everything back together

- Ensure everything is running smoothly

 

 

SAND FILTERS

- Open and Inspect

- Remove drain plug

- Remove all sand and gravel from filter

- Rinse filter out

- Inspect all filter laterals

- Re-lube drain plug O-ring and replace

- Add water into filter

- Add in new pea pebbles and new sand into filter

- Re-lube lid O-ring and replace

- Ensure everything is running smoothly

- Dispose of old sand and pea gravel
